Paragon Plastics, Inc, is a privately held corporation founded in 1993. We began producing vacuum-formed flanges and AC transition boxes for the marine industry out of a small garage. Through hard work, dedication, and commitment to our customers, Paragon Plastics quickly became a strong force in the thermoforming field. Over the years Paragon Plastics has grown to include top-of-the-line forming machines, 3- and 5-axis CNC routers, and a skilled work force to meet all of your thermoforming needs. As your supplier, exceptional customer service, superior product quality, continuous process improvement and on-time delivery are our primary goals. Paragon Plastics has the capability to run a large range of part sizes, using a variety of machines with frame sizes as large as 72"x120" and a draw depth of 24". We can form material as thick as 0.5". We are equipped with four single-station thermoforming machines, one dual-station and two three-station rotary thermoforming machines for higher production runs. With four 5-axis and two 3-axis CNC routers, Paragon Plastics is capable of custom trimming your part to almost any configuration.
