Our thermoform tooling ranges from composite molds for low-volume parts to temperature-controlled aluminum cast tooling for high-volume production runs. Cast aluminum molds are generally the most efficient for thermoforming because they offer the best heat transfer, which allows the operators to more precisely control the cycle times, part shrinkage, and warpage. Consistency in the forming process is essential in reducing waste and improving quality. In addition, aluminum tooling reduces unit costs by producing more parts per hour.  With an experienced in-house Tooling Department, our mold-making capabilities are endless!

We provide engineering and design assistance from prototype through production to meet your individual application.  Our AS/ISO Quality System assures you that your components will be built to print and delivered on time.  Contact us today about your next project!
