Our Aluminum / Thermo Forming Tooling ranges from fiberglass or Ren® board molds for low-volume parts, to temperature-controlled aluminum cast tooling for high-volume production parts. Cast aluminum molds are generally the most efficient for thermoforming because they offer the best heat transfer, which allows the operators to accurately control the cycle times, part shrinkage, and part warpage. Consistency in the forming process is essential in final trimming and quality control. With an experienced in-house tooling department our mold making capabilities are endless! We provide engineering and design assistance through drawings, CAD data and/or other media to meet your individual requirements and specifications.
