Contracted by a client from the compressor industry to construct a series of noise control enclosures, Paragon Plastics employed its advanced forming and CNC machining technology to produce these enclosures based on a customer supplied design. Constructed from black, ABS hair cell plastic measuring 34" by 34" by.187" in overall dimension, we formed each unit to the full detail of the mold, ensuring that each enclosure met precise customer requested proportions. After the products were formed, each noise control enclosure measured 12.549" in height and 12.115" in width.
We then employed our advanced CNC machining equipment to trim the perimeter of each half and generate four, .26-inch holes. After the units were manufactured, we cleaned and deburred each enclosure, providing it with a smooth finish. In order to ensure that each enclosure met with precise customer requirements, we inspected each product for cosmetic defects, and employed our calipers to examine the .26-inch holes on every tenth unit. We then placed inspection labels on the back side of each part, and attached tracer tags on each enclosure before the products were shipped to our client.
Employing our advanced forming and CNC machining technology, Paragon Plastics was able to manufacture a series of top-quality noise control enclosures for the compressor industry which met exact client specifications and exceeded customer expectations.
