Contracted by a client from the compressor industry to construct a series of noise control enclosures, Paragon Plastics employed its advanced forming and CNC machining technologies to produce these enclosures. Constructed from black ABS hair-cell plastic measuring 34" x 34 " x0.187" in overall dimension, we formed each unit to the full detail of the mold, ensuring that each enclosure met the customer’s specifications. Each finished noise control enclosure measured 12.549 " in height and 12.115" in width.

We then trimmed the perimeter of each half and drilled four, 0.26” holes. After the units were manufactured, we cleaned and deburred each enclosure and performed a final inspection for cosmetic defects and dimensional tolerances. We then attached inspection labels and tracer tags before packaging for shipment to our client.
